The NEW link staircase connecting Helston Museum and CAST
On the 20th March 2026, the new link staircase connecting Helston Museum and CAST (Cornubian Arts & Science Trust) were opened by the Mayor of Helston, Councillor Mrs F. Nicola E. Boase. It was a glorious sunny evening filled with music, food, and culture.
The granite steps, beautifully inlaid with serpentine, looked stunning.
@cgscontractors have done a wonderful job installing them, despite the challenging winter weather.
T Marsh Ltd were honoured to be asked to craft the steps from local Cornish granite.
